A sentencing judge's imprecise statement of the principle governing the taking into account of admitted offences on a s 16BA schedule (or Form 1) does not constitute error of principle where the sentencing remarks read as a whole demonstrate the judge was aware of and applied the correct approach. When comparing co-offenders for parity purposes in drug trafficking cases, the existence of additional admitted offences, greater knowledge of the syndicate's operations, and a longer period of involvement are significant distinguishing factors that justify a substantially higher sentence.
