Following the variation of sentence in R v Squires [2016] QCA 348, the Court of Appeal fixed the applicant's parole eligibility date at 4 July 2017, adopting a joint submission from the parties applying the calculation rules under s 185 of the Corrective Services Act 2006 (Qld).
