The institution of multiple proceedings arising out of the same facts against the same class of defendants, calculated to evade a security for costs order, constitutes an abuse of process justifying a permanent stay and an injunction restraining further proceedings without leave. The original proceeding subject to the security for costs order remains on foot and available for prosecution upon compliance with that order.
