The case confirms that where a dispute is of low monetary value and the applicant has had the benefit of a full hearing at first instance and on appeal, the applicant must come to grips with showing how the reasoning of the court below is wrong in order to obtain leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal. A mere sense of grievance is insufficient.
