Where circumstantial evidence including text messages, surveillance, pricing correlations, and conduct at the scene of a drug transaction collectively point to trafficking in a specific drug (cocaine), the hypothesis that the accused was party to trafficking in a different drug may be excluded by the jury as wildly improbable, even where the drug is never expressly named in communications and the supplier dealt in multiple drugs.
