When interlocutory orders are vacated, a trial court should grant a stay of sufficient duration to allow the unsuccessful party to seek appellate relief without the need for urgent applications, and the three factors for a stay — prospects of appeal, diminution in value of the appeal, and effect on the respondent — apply with equal force to stays of orders vacating injunctive relief as to stays of injunctive orders themselves.
