Where a new cause of action is introduced by amendment to an existing summons for judicial review under s 69 of the Supreme Court Act 1970 (NSW), the date of commencement of proceedings for the purposes of s 69C is the date of the amendment, by operation of s 64(3) of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW).
