The Court of Criminal Appeal exercised the slip rule under s 50C(3) of the Criminal Appeal Rules (NSW) to correct an arithmetical error in its earlier orders in Goldberg v R [2018] NSWCCA 99, amending the balance of term from 2 years and 1 month to 2 years and 2 months (expiring 4 May 2024) to conform with the intended aggregate sentence of 8 years and 6 months with a non-parole period of 6 years and 4 months.
