Where there is little variation in the level of criminality across multiple offences of the same type, a sentencing judge does not err by imposing identical indicative sentences for each. A sentencing judge is not required to rank each offence on a scale of objective seriousness provided the facts are set out in detail and pertinent matters relevant to objective seriousness are discussed. The ultimate question in an aggregate sentence appeal is whether the aggregate sentence itself was erroneous.
