A sentence of three to four years imprisonment is within the appropriate range for a party to an armed robbery who provided critical information facilitating the robbery of an elderly victim, where the party did not personally commit the robbery but had no mitigating factors. Further evidence on appeal will not be admitted where it has not been obtained, could have been obtained with reasonable diligence before trial, and would not materially add to the evidence before the jury.
