A medical panel is not required to explain in express terms why it rejected a worker's employment as a contributing factor to injury, provided its reasons disclose the path of reasoning to its conclusion including the matters it considered relevant. Contemporaneous notes of panel members are powerful evidence of the history given by a worker, particularly where multiple panel members' notes are consistent.
