A bankrupt has no standing to appeal a judgment for possession of mortgaged property that has vested in the Official Trustee, even where the bankrupt contends the property is held on trust or subject to Family Court orders. An unregistered equitable interest under a constructive trust cannot defeat the rights of a first registered mortgagee under the Torrens system, and does not provide a basis for joinder to an appeal concerning the mortgagee's right to possession.
