On an appeal from an aggregate sentence, indicative sentences should not be subjected to mathematical analysis of concurrence and accumulation in the same way as traditional multiple sentences. The aggregate sentence is to be assessed as to whether it reflects the totality of the criminality involved. The fact that an aggregate sentence is 80% of the sum of indicative sentences is consistent with the sentencing judge having applied the totality principle.
