A discount of 5% for future assistance to authorities is within the range of a proper exercise of sentencing discretion where the assistance was provided very late, the information was largely already known to police, and there was only a possibility (not certainty) that the offender would be called to give evidence. The fact that another judge might have allowed a different discount does not establish legal error.
