A sentencing judge does not err by giving a combined discount for a guilty plea and assistance to authorities rather than separately identifying each component, provided the total discount is clear. Failure to separately identify the utilitarian value of a guilty plea does not of itself amount to appellable error, following Xiao v R and Jinde Huang v R.
