Soliciting to murder two child victims with the motivation of interfering with the administration of justice, where the offender was the instigator, used a professional killer, and could not be counselled out of the plan, warrants an assessment of objective seriousness well above the middle of the range and approaching the high range. A modest discount of 5 per cent for post-sentence assistance to authorities was allowed on resentencing.
