A sentence of four years imprisonment suspended after six months is within the sentencing discretion for possession of approximately 22 grams of MDMA and 12 grams of cocaine for commercial purposes, combined with supply of MDMA, even where the offender has no criminal history, significant mitigating circumstances including mental health issues, and demonstrated rehabilitation.
