Following the substantive appeal in Bond v Chief Executive, Department of Environment and Science [2019] QCA 137, in which leave to appeal was granted and the appeal allowed in part, the Court of Appeal made a consent costs order requiring the respondent to pay 50 per cent of the applicant's costs of the leave application and the appeal. No order was made as to costs in the Planning and Environment Court below.
