In serious injury applications involving aggravation of pre-existing conditions, a trial judge is entitled to prefer the opinions of medical practitioners who had access to the complete clinical records over those who did not, and rejection of one aspect of a medical opinion does not require rejection of the opinion in its totality. Minor factual misstatements in reasons that do not form the basis of material conclusions are not appealable errors.
