Where direct identification evidence is unavailable, a jury may construct an inference of identity beyond reasonable doubt from a combination of circumstantial facts — including shared name, date of birth, national origin, physical resemblances, and the implausibility of alternative hypotheses — even where no single circumstance alone would be sufficient. Poor-quality video evidence, while insufficient alone for identification, remains relevant as part of the totality of circumstantial evidence.
