Where an offender is sentenced for multiple offences spanning several years including a major fraud, it is not necessary for the sentencing court to consider the hypothetical situation in which a lesser count could have been dealt with summarily in the Local Court. An error in an indicative sentence does not necessarily infect the aggregate sentence where the totality principle is properly applied.
