A psychological report revealing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, possible PTSD, and poor psychosocial development in childhood does not necessarily place a strong call on the Tsiaras/Verdins/Bowley sentencing considerations so as to require substantial mitigation of sentence. A sentencing judge's statement that a psychological report does not justify 'further leniency' does not demonstrate failure to consider the report where the context shows mitigating factors were already taken into account in the head sentence.
