Where charges involve distinct victims, the sentencing judge must ensure that each victim's status is acknowledged by an adequate measure of cumulation, even where there is temporal overlap between the offending conduct. A sentence on a charge involving a distinct victim is not rendered manifestly excessive merely because the underlying conduct overlapped with conduct founding another charge involving a different victim.
