The Court of Appeal dismissed a bail application pending determination of a High Court special leave application as moot, the High Court having already refused special leave. The Court reiterated that the Criminal Appeals Act 2004 (WA) provides for only one appeal against conviction to the Court of Appeal, and an appellant is not entitled to commence multiple appeals against the same decision.
