A jury direction that knowledge of a prohibited drug permits a conclusion of intention to control does not constitute a misdirection where the judge has clearly directed that the jury must first be satisfied the accused had the drugs on his person. A single sentence of a summing up must be assessed in the context of the whole direction and the trial, not in isolation.
