A person named as a beneficiary under the will of a living testator has no standing to invoke the court's equitable jurisdiction to set aside transactions entered into by the testator, even where the testator is alleged to lack capacity to revoke the will. The beneficiary's interest is a mere spes successionis, not a legal or equitable interest. The appropriate avenue for protecting the testator's interests is through guardianship proceedings or proceedings brought by a next friend, not through proceedings brought by the beneficiary in their own right.
