A practitioner found guilty of professional misconduct involving dishonesty, particularly where there is a lengthy disciplinary history and the practitioner was already subject to supervision conditions, will be struck from the roll where the misconduct demonstrates a lack of the qualities, character and integrity essential to legal practice.
