Copying emails to other parties' representatives does not cure the impropriety of communicating with chambers without those parties' prior knowledge or consent. The court may make ex parte orders restraining communications with chambers to protect judicial impartiality where communications breach the Practice Direction and fall outside the Tugrul exceptions.
