The Court permanently stayed proceedings brought by a bankrupt plaintiff against NCAT members, court officials, opposing parties and their lawyers, holding that: (1) as a bankrupt, the plaintiff lacked standing to bring claims for damages which vested in his trustee; (2) the statement of claim was inadequately pleaded and sought to relitigate issues already determined; and (3) judicial immunity protected the NCAT members and court officials from suit. The Court also made an interlocutory order restraining the plaintiff from taking any further steps in the proceedings without leave.
