Section 59(1)(c) relocation costs do not include construction of landlord's fixtures at replacement premises; compensation for disturbance is limited to costs of physically moving the tenant's property and ancillary fit-out costs, and does not extend to rent differentials. McDonald, Peter Croke Holdings, Home Care Services, and Massasso are no longer good authority for a contrary proposition.
