Where a new sentence is partly cumulative upon a balance of revoked parole, the sentencing judge must consider the effect of that cumulation on the overall ratio between total non-parole period and total head sentence; failure to do so is a Kentwell error requiring resentence afresh, not mere arithmetical correction.
