For offences under s 25(2) of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 (NSW), the prosecution need not prove that the accused knew the identity of the specific prohibited drug; it suffices to prove knowledge or belief that the substance was a prohibited drug and knowledge that the quantity was of the order of the relevant commercial quantity. R v Busby should no longer be followed.
