A child complainant's agitated, frustrated or uncooperative demeanour does not automatically correspond with a reduction in credibility, particularly where the behaviour is explicable by reference to the child's age, troubled background, medication or medical issues; and imprecision about time by a child should not affect the reliability or credibility of the child's evidence more generally.
