Sections 355-50 and 355-70 of the TAA permit the disclosure and use of information obtained from compulsory examinations under s 353-10 for the purpose of investigating, formulating charges, and prosecuting offences, provided the examination was lawfully conducted, notwithstanding the accusatorial principle and companion rule.
