Photoboard identification conducted by email (due to COVID-19 or similar circumstances) is not inherently inadmissible, but the qualified nature of such identification will reduce probative value; the Court of Appeal will apply the correctness standard to s 137 rulings pending the High Court's decision in Steven Moore.
