Under s 442C(2)(c) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Court may grant administrators leave to dispose of property subject to a security interest where the proposed sale under a DoCA quarantines a payment for the secured creditor and the alternative of liquidation would produce significantly less returns, even in the absence of an independent valuation, particularly where the secured creditor's own conduct has contributed to the inability to achieve a higher price.
