The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission certified the Goondiwindi Regional Council Certified Agreement 2025-2028 INDOOR, being satisfied that all requirements under ch 4, pt 5, div 2 of the Industrial Relations Act 2016 (Qld) were met, including agreement by all employee organisations, approval by a valid majority of relevant employees in a properly conducted ballot, and the absence of any ground for refusal. The agreement operates from the date of certification (18 December 2025) with a nominal expiry date of 1 September 2028, continuing in operation until terminated pursuant to s 227 or s 228 of the IR Act.
