Drug-induced psychosis does not preclude a finding of racist motivation under s 5(2)(daaa) of the Sentencing Act 1991 (Vic) where the offender's own words and conduct demonstrate that motivation; the psychological explanation for conduct does not deny the offender's expressed motivation for that conduct.
