A sentencing judge's citation of the relevant paragraphs from Haamid (which include the risk-of-harm factor) is sufficient to demonstrate that the judge had regard to the risk of reprisal to an offender in custody arising from cooperation with authorities, even where no express reference to risk is made in the sentencing reasons and no specific evidence of risk was adduced at the plea.
