Where an offender is the sole resident of premises containing a large-scale multi-drug trafficking operation and nearly twice the commercial quantity of MDMA is found hidden in their personal wardrobe, the absence of forensic or phone evidence specifically linking them to the MDMA does not supply affirmative evidence of a lowly role, and a degree of culpability may be implied from the scale and circumstances of possession.
