Service of certificates of assessment and prescribed information under s 28LT of the Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic) requires the documents to come to the actual notice of the respondent; emailing them to the respondent's solicitor's address for service in the proceeding is insufficient unless the solicitor has express authority to accept such service or the documents in fact come to the respondent's attention.
