The Tribunal held that it was fair and reasonable to order the unsuccessful first applicant to pay a contribution of $3,000 towards the self-represented first respondent's costs under s 87(3) of the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 (WA), applying a nominal hourly rate of $25 where the claimed rate of $125 was unsubstantiated, allowing supported parking expenses, and rejecting unsupported printing costs, using a broadbrush approach.
