Where a plaintiff hires a replacement vehicle under a credit hire arrangement that includes additional benefits beyond the mere provision of a replacement vehicle, the credit hire charges attributable to those additional benefits are not recoverable from the negligent defendant, and the value of the benefits may be estimated as the difference between the credit hire charges and the median mainstream market rate for an equivalent vehicle.
