The Court varied its earlier development consent orders under the slip rule to insert an omitted order granting consent under s 138(1) of the Roads Act 1993 (NSW) for roadworks and water supply works within road reserves, and to correct incorrect dates and revision numbers for engineering drawings in the conditions of consent. Both parties consented to the corrections.
