The Court apportioned a previously assessed lump sum of $475,000 in legal costs between two time periods using a simple temporal (pro rata by weeks) method, consistent with the broad-brush approach adopted in the principal decision. Costs referable to the period from 5 May 2021 to 7 July 2021 were determined to be $44,080, being 9.28% of the total sum corresponding to 9 of the 97 weeks over which costs were incurred. No order was made as to the costs of the further argument itself.
