The Tribunal found that a registered nurse who engaged in a personal relationship with a vulnerable patient at an alcohol and drug service, including kissing the patient at the workplace and continuing the relationship for over a year after ceasing employment and after being made aware of the breach, committed professional misconduct, and imposed a reprimand and six-month disqualification from applying for registration.
