The Tribunal found that the respondent medical practitioner engaged in professional misconduct by maintaining an inappropriate personal relationship with a patient (boundary violation) and providing deficient clinical care to seven patients, including dangerous prescribing of drugs of dependence and substantially inadequate record keeping, and ordered that the respondent be reprimanded and his registration cancelled.
