The Tribunal found that a psychologist who practised while holding non-practising registration, held himself out as having general registration, breached professional boundaries with a vulnerable client, failed to maintain adequate clinical records, and provided false information to the Board had engaged in professional misconduct, and ordered a reprimand, two-year disqualification from applying for registration, and a prohibition on providing mental health services until registered.
