However, bail was refused on the basis that the applicant posed an unacceptable risk of endangering community safety and interfering with witnesses, given the gravity of the alleged contract violence linked to organised crime, the discovery of an identical 3D-printed firearm at an associate's home, and the inadequacy of proposed conditions to ameliorate those risks despite the applicant's existing pro-social supports.
