A testator's perception that family members have excluded them, even if inconsistent with what those family members intended to demonstrate, does not without more constitute a delusion capable of undermining testamentary capacity; and the existence of a history of mental illness, without evidence that the illness was operative at the time of execution, amounts to mere speculation insufficient to establish a prima facie case.
